An INSCRIBED UK first edition, first impression. INSCRIBED by Blythe to his editor, John Guest. The inscription reads : To John with love from Ronnie and to thank him for his great kindness and friendship. October 4th 1979.
WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright, unfaded, complete and unclipped. It shows slight bruising at the spine ends and upper edges. Looks very sharp.
BOOK : The book is square and tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean - the upper edges are a little dusty. The upper corners and the spine ends are lightly bruised. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are inconsequentially dusty. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. No remainder marks. INSCRIBED by the author to the ffep. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
