Description
An uncorrected UK proof ( Advanced Reader's Copy ). This is a bright, clean copy without previous ownership inscriptions. The covers are clean and unfaded, showing light and inconsequential rubbing along the edges and to the corners. The spine is - unusually - unfaded. It shows negligible rubbing at the ends. The pages are clean. The text block edges and closed page edges are - as seems always to be the case - toned. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges or loose pages. Given the fragility of proof copies, this is in very nice condition.
