An uncorrected UK proof ( Advanced Reader's Copy ). This is a bright copy, without previous ownership inscriptions. The covers are bright, unfaded and clean. There are minor creases to each of the corners. The spine is unfaded, solid and intact. The spine is creased. The pages are clean, though there are some pages that are spotted. The closed page edges are slightly dusty and are flecked. The binding is solid - no loose pages. The book is slightly cocked. Given the fragility of proof copies, particularly of this vintage, this is in very nice condition.
