One of 75 copies which are SIGNED by the artist and which have been printed on hand-made paper. Quarter bound in black buckram over paper covered boards. Paper title label to front board. 25 woodcuts by Alexina Ogilvie illustrating 25 proverbs. A UK limited edition. The book is square and tight. The front and back boards are, as ever, soiled and slightly dusty. The corners are bruised. Internally the book is clean and bright, showing slight ghosting to the endpapers. The uncut pages and closed pages are fresh. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. No previous ownership inscriptions. A nice copy.
