What I take to be the first English edition - the first edition in German was published in 2004. The book is sharp and tight. The front and back boards are very bright, very clean and very sharp. The corners are sharp. The spine is bright and crisp. The pages are clean and bright. The closed page edges are fresh. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. There are no previous ownership inscriptions and no remainder marks. A handsome copy.
