Original light brown illustrated boards. A US first edition, first impression. No wrapper. The book is sound and tight. The front and back boards are generally bright, though lightly soiled and dulled at the edges. All four corners are rubbed. The spine is sound. The spine is rubbed at the top and bottom. The pages are clean and without foxing. The closed page edges are sound, though dulled and slightly dusty. The binding is tight with no loose pages or cracked hinges. Two pictures have been affixed to the half title and ffep respectively. There are no ownership inscriptions. A decent copy.
